Downward Dog

It is a great pose for stretching the hamstrings, calves, and spine, as well as strengthening the arms, shoulders, and core. To practice Downward Dog, start on your hands and knees, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your knees hip-width apart. Curl your toes under and lift your hips up and back, straightening your arms and legs. Your body should resemble an inverted V shape, with your head and neck relaxed.


Crow Pose


Crow Pose, also known as Bakasana, is an advanced pose that requires strength, balance, and concentration. It is a great pose for strengthening the arms and core, as well as improving balance and focus. To practice Crow Pose, start in a squatting position with your feet together and your knees apart. Place your hands on the mat shoulder-width apart, with your fingers spread wide. Lean forward and lift your hips up, balancing on your hands. Slowly shift your weight forward and lift your feet off the mat, bringing your knees onto your upper arms. Hold for a few breaths and then release back to the squatting position.
